Can one deposit cover several sessions?
Yes. That’s what the deposit pool is for. It’s paid in once and applied session by session, and the client can see Applied and Available in their portal.
Can I refund what’s left in the pool?
Yes. The deposit pool shows what’s Refundable. You decide whether to refund it, and the refund goes back against the original card payment.
Does a single-session piece need a project?
No. A one-off tattoo can stay a plain booking with its own deposit. Projects are for pieces that take more than one sitting.
