Is there a points or rewards scheme for regulars?

Do campaign texts use my monthly texts?
Yes. They count toward your plan’s texts: 75 on Solo, 500 on Studio, 2,000 on Pro, 5,000 on Multi-Location. At the limit campaigns pause, but replies and reminders keep sending.
Can I reach clients who haven’t been back?
Yes. The Inactive 90 days segment lists clients who haven’t visited in three months. Send them a campaign by text or email.
